Your account will remain active, and your messages will be sent out in a timely manner, so long as you follow the guidelines below.
To text and/or text exchanges, you will need an SMS or SMS+ app, like TextMe, Viber or any other messaging app.
You can use your mobile phone number to send a text or SMS.
You can text the following options for your messaging app to text or send a message:For Viber: 1-800-539-3222 (US) or 1-888-333-2433 (international)For TextMe: 1-(800) 495-8333 (US).
To send an SMS, you can either select a different app, or use a mobile phone that has a similar app.
For Text Me: Text Me to 1-(866) 948-4466 (US), Text Me in Canada to 1-855-833-4788 (international).
To receive a text, you need to have an SMS+ account.
You’ll need a compatible phone and an internet connection.
If you can’t send a SMS, the app or your messaging service will stop sending messages.
If the app is not able to send messages, you may need to change your account settings to add a new SMS account.
If your SMS+ is not set up correctly, you might get a text message from the app that’s not an SMS.
This could happen if you’ve forgotten your phone number or you forget your SIM card number.
You could also get a message that your text has been deleted.
